AERIAL SILKS CLASS LEVEL 1

TUESDAYS @ 6:30PM

This is a level one beginners class. The class will focus on conditioning, aerials, flexibility and strength training. As time goes on we will progress to offer level 2 and 3 classes. Building our skills to drops, and advanced moves.  Please wear light clothes with no zippers, or jewelry.

POLE DANCE FITNESS WILL BE TAKING THE SLOT AND THEN A COMBO CLASS WORKSHOP AFTER JUNE 2ND

DANCE AEROBICS WITH MARCENE REBECK

TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAYS 5:15PM

Come join Instructor Marcene Rebeck in this Aerobics Dance Class. Former Jazzercise Instructor with 26 years experience she will lead you in a fun, energetic, effective class. This class will keep your body moving, heart rate going and keep you limber and strong.

CARDIO/WEIGHTS COMBO CLASS

MONDAY~ WEDNESDAY~FRIDAY 9AM

Combining a variety of full body workouts we will cover a wide range of exercises and movements to burn fat, increase strength and get our heart pumping. High Intensity, we keep moving the whole class using weights, our own body weight, cardio, and many movement sequences. This class is always adding new moves, changing things up and keeping it fun. NO Class is the same. . Modifications always available. 

DANCE FITNESS WITH MISTY

TUESDAYS 9AM-10 THURSDAYS 9AM-10

Come exercise like you never have before. Join us for a Dance Fitness Class, you will have so much fun you will forget its a workout. Good music, fun dances, and great atmosphere. Misty has a up beat, easy to follow class that anyone can do. 

FIT FOR LIFE

MONDAYS 10:15AM WEDNESDAYS 10:15AM

Fit For Life is a low impact class with modifications for every movement focusing on balance and strength training. Chair exercises and resistance bands are used as well as light weights. Beth keeps this class fun and focused on functional movement. 

POLE DANCE FITNESS

TUESDAYS @ 6:30PM

A introduction to Pole Fitness. Using your own body strength the benefits of Pole Dancing builds muscle, tones the body, and builds self confidence. Ora will guide you through strength building moves and the skills to dance a full routine. Small groups in a private area, with one on one training available.
